15 winners of Mrs. Kai Man Lee Memorial Education Grant Awards announced


(SAN FRANCISCO) 15 winners of Mrs. Kai Man Lee Memorial Education Grant Awards were honored on December 5 in the Lee On Dong Family Association.
Amy Lee, who passed away earlier this year and beloved wife of the Elder Kai Man Lee, was the founder of the Chinese Consolidated Women Association. She was a lifetime community leader contributing and serving the Chinatown community for decades.
Kai Man Lee established Mrs. Kai Man Lee Memorial Education Grant Awards to continue his wife's legacy by offering fellowships to the outstanding high school and college students from the Lee Family Association.
15 winners were selected to receive the fellowships. A ceremony was held in the Lee Family Association and Far East Cafe last Saturday to honor the winners. The winners are Clarissa Li, Samantha Lee, Holly Lee, Jason Li, Alex Li, Ella Li, Fanny Li, Jack Li, Crystal Li, Winnie Li, Kenny Li, Brandan Lee, Tiffany Lee, Jason Lee and Daniel Li.
