  • (SAN FRANCISCO) While Asian healthcare professionals declared May 2024 as National Hepatitis Awareness Month, California Department of Public Health (CDPH) announced more than $3 million state grants that have been awarded to Asian health organizations in San Francisco for the Hepatitis B Demonstration Project.

  • (SAN FRANCISCO) In an effort to save more lives from the upcoming influenza season and COVID, National Asian Pacific Center on Aging (NAPCA) has hosted a series of vaccination events across the country to educate the Asian community on the significance of getting vaccinated.

  • (SAN FRANCISCO) Covered California was in partnership with Chinese Community Health Plan (CCHP) hosting a Community Health Fair on December 9 in Bayview to reach out to two largest minorities in the neighborhood, the African and Asian communities.

  • (SAN FRANCISCO) Covered California hosted a press event in San Francisco under the Golden Gate Bridge to kick off its 2024 open-enrollment period for the Bay Area residents and encourage them to sign up for health insurance.
